This hotel was perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious enough for my family of four and the hotel had plenty of fun things for kids to do. The hotel even had a kids' play area in the middle of the courtyard and child-sized driving cars that my kids loved. Plus, the hotel provided movie tickets to a nearby cinema which was perfect for a rainy day.

This hotel is perfect for family vacation! If you have kids, they will love the playground and fun, filled programs hosted by the staff. the facilities are top, notch, and the heated jacuzzi pool is an absolutely pleasant relaxation spot. the location is great, with shopping and exploring right around the corner. the cherry duck served at the restaurant is a must, try!
The service could be improved a bit more to match the hotel's luxury status. Staff should be more proactive in accommodating guests' needs.

Here, I had the most luxurious experience ever. the exclusive amenities were out of this world. the service was superbly attentive, making me feel like royalty. the indoor swimming pool was incredible, especially with the addition of the jacuzzi, spa lounge, and treatment room where I got a full body massage and facial. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace had sun loungers where I could enjoy the sun's warmth while sipping my cocktail. the beauty treatment was a perfect ending to my relaxing spa day.
Although my experience here was amazing, there was one minor issue. the entertainment was not up to par, with the leisure/ TV room not as lively as I expected.

Spent Easter holidays in a fantastic hotel! Kids had a blast with all the activities they offered. They had endless fun in the pool and had their own tents in the room. Perfect way to spend family time. The hotel is also strategically located near a shopping mall and train station which was quite convenient. We also had a great dining experience in the hotel's restaurant. Loved the Peking Duck and Cherry Duck!
Although the activities were great, the breakfast buffet could have had more variety. , the service was a bit slow at times, especially when we needed something from the front desk.

This hotel is located in a lively shopping center, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. the nearby mall is perfect for having some fun and spending idle time. Once inside, the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. the service is friendly and prompt, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the indoor facilities, like the ping pong table and car racing machine, are great for entertainment.
The hotel lacks a music device in the room which could detract from the overall experience for some guests.
